      good-paying company located in a nice district in Maadi

      Cons

      no benefits, zero professionalism, no mission or vision with no values whatsoever, treatment is below expected, very long working hours, management is very inexperienced

      - Diversity we have in almost all the teams. - The Dynamic environment. - fast growing with expontential growth. - Good caliber you can learn alot from them. - Anybody is reachable.

      Cons

      - As there is no process clear for everything causes rumors and toxic environment sometime. - Hiring and dismissals chaos. - work and life balance -Departments overlap affecting operations - no clear vision , structure or direction - bad retention for people - lack ownership towards the organization because of the culture ( not feeling like its home )
