Only 1: They give you hike more than what you can think. They can give you an hike of 100%+ or more also

Cons

1. Hire and Fire system 2. Hiring is always open to show expenses to investors to get more and more investments 3. Salary payment is very-2 unpredictable 4. They wont give you salary for 2 months and then can credit lump sum in a single day. 5. Dont pay PF and other taxes on time to government for which employees have to face loss on earning interest on PF

Best place to work with. Great platform to learn. You will never get this much of space to explore and enjoy the work that you do. Very good working environment. Great place to start your career with. The marketing team is awesome that they motivate you to be in the forefront of everything. You don't need to worry about your career path here. Every day is a new one to learn and grow. The management is also very co-operative. Work-life balance can be easily maintained.
