- Upper Management does not appreciate employees. - Does not have set guidelines/policy, makes rules up as they go along. - Does not foster a team environment, instead tries to put employees against each other. - Constantly implies that owner will fire everyone based on his mood. - Upper Management will make it know that they will take everyone out before losing their own job. - Upper Management will not take responsibility for errors that they make, will blame employees. - Upper Management does not acknowledge achievements by staff. -Unethical!
