Extremely positive experience thus far. Everyone works so hard to bolster our company's success, and the senior leadership is really trying to do a great job of leading by example.

Depending on which area you work in, a flexible schedule may or may not be available. This is a bit inconsistent across the board.

Only 20 days of PTO which includes sick time and holidays. They do not invest in training programs for employees (you’re on your own - even learning skills for your current role). Little room for advancement as no one ever leaves. Pay is mediocre at best, their reasoning for this is the benefits make up for it. They do not celebrate Christmas, but they do Halloween.
