      Pros

      Solid company in a market that isn't going anywhere. Great benefits and good people. Management treats associates with respect and associates earn this respect with much expected of them.

      Cons

      If you're looking for quick movement up the corporate ladder, this is not the place for you. Long term approach is across the board with American Funds.

      Pros

      Benefits and compensation were great. Most people were really nice.

      Cons

      Can become a gossip mill if you allow it. Constant rumors of HR cases, people forced to resign, inappropriate comments, etc. Some of the team leads and leadership actively participating in that gossip- really disappointing to see.
