Pros
Team managers are great (in my experience), and fellow associates are easy to get along with. They have a lot of events and clubs/organizations to get involved in, if socialization is your thing. Hybrid in office / work from home schedule is nice. (I know some people prefer fully remote but I like coming into work in small increments)
Cons
This past year I’ve seen them micromanage and fire otherwise great employees over technicalities, while they let not-very-bright-people make expensive errors in positions they shouldn’t be in. Embarrassingly disorganized for a company that’s so prominent in this industry. I don’t know why the atmosphere has seemed to change so much in the past year or two compared to others. I used to think this was an amazing place to work and thought I’d retire here. Now I’ve seen the writing on the wall and am looking elsewhere.
