Thank you for sharing your experience of working for Capgemini Consulting. It’s great to hear that you feel we have a lot of talented people working here, and that we present our employees with wonderful opportunities to learn and develop. However, I’m sorry to hear you did not have a completely positive experience and that flexible working arrangements did not work out for you. We recognise we have more work to do in this space and we are focusing on it through our Active Inclusion programme. While the journey is far from over, being recognised in The Times Top 50 Employers for Women this year as well as recently achieving EDGE certification for gender equality in the workplace tells us that we are starting to make a positive difference.
