Pros

No Pros even if you work 24*7, cause that's expected out of you without any appreciation Pl. join this organization in your worst case scenario when you are looking for a switch or when you are financially drained Management has completely changed and good people have either left or fired

Cons

IT Management Sucks, they are illiterate dictators, far off behind managerial material Full of Politics, may end you jobless no matter how much you work sincerely They expect 24*7 support only from office, no WFH allowed, no compensation for extra efforts No Work Life balance, everyone works almost 6-7 days a week Whether there's work or not , any small issue can be urgent and needs to be resolved ASAP, doesn't matter if you are on your honeymoon or in COMA, they will put you to work from Office Pl. do not believe in any commitments from the Senior management in Verbal or Written communication, as they do not have any stand on their words and can back off any unexpected moment or the 11th hour No Pros even if you work 24*7, cause that's expected out of you without any appreciation Pl. join this organization in your worst case scenario when you are looking for a switch or when you are financially drained Management has completely changed and good people have either left or fired

Pros

- Standard benefits - Depending on the team you're on, can be a relatively easygoing environment - Ample vacation time, generally readily approved

Cons

- Far, FAR below market wage - No yearly raises or even discussion. With inflation, I'm making less now than I did previously. - Zero room for advancement (see below) - You can be a superstar for the client but that translates into no actual benefits pay or promotion wise at Capgemini - they're entirely unrelated. - My manager basically forgot I exist for over a year which means no discussion about performance, promotion, raises, etc - Opaque processes around pay, promotion, etc - Come here if you want your career and paycheck to stagnate and die - Zero appreciation or acknowledgement from the Capgemini team with the client - there's no carrot and stick, just the stick. No real reason to go above and beyond.
