3yThese are very tough words to read; however, if this was your experience at our company, that is even tougher to accept. We never want our culture to feel toxic, in fact we pride ourselves on the exact opposite, but for you to have felt such negativity, we are shocked and would truly welcome the opportunity to understand more about your time at CapTech. Our Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Council, along with our four Employee Resource Groups (BlackTech, Women@CapTech, PrideTech, and CapTech Asians Keeping Eating) put tremendous thought and care into our diversity roadmap, and we have long been a company where individuals can bring their whole selves to work. Promotions and growth are very much part of an employee’s career ownership alongside CapTech as it fosters learning and development. We want everyone to have a long and rewarding career with us, and we work to make their journey successful.
