      Pros

      Great people to work with. Proactive about evolving the culture so it's inclusive and understanding of everyone. Values personal time.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to understand how to be promoted. Though personal time is valued, the balance between internal (to the company) and external (client) work can be tough to find for long stretches.
