Collegial atmosphere among coworkers. Located at good co-working space with strong amenities. Interesting and challenging assignments. Good opportunity to study bankruptcy courts, distressed debt markets, and more general financial matters.

Founding team and upper management are a disaster. Lack a consistent vision. Communication from the top is very poor. You will not be valued as a partner here. Compensation is also very poor, and the company often seems to run into trouble with its finances.
