Pros
If you love drama this is the place to work. If you like to be stressed, humiliated and made to feel stupid this is the place to work. If you like to walk on eggshells and watch your back this is the place to work. Unfortunately those are the only perks that this company has under the current management.
Cons
Upper management is destroying the credibility of this corporation. Upper management makes decisions based on a few employees, some of which have not been in the manufacturing industry for very long. They do not understand the intricasies of the field and therefore bad decisions are being made. Company is losing customers left and right. Vendors are afraid to work with Purchasing because some of the buyers are demanding perks in order for them to receive an order.
