      Cannon covers 100% of benefits and has a great family-oriented culture. Upper management is very involved and makes the organization feel comfortable.

      Some areas of the organization may be outdated but they are working on innovating the company.

      They really care about their managers. The work to build everyone up and make them as great as they can be.
