Pros
Candelis is like a family - it is a streamlined organization but every employee plays a very important role for the success of the entire team/business. If you are smart, take initiative, creative, and are a motivated go-getter, there are numerous opportunities to play a pivotal role in the leadership and direction of the business. Alex, the CEO, is very supportive with his employees. He is accessible as a resource and is a great role model and leader, collaborative with his team yet focused on business success and innovation. As such, he inspires employee loyalty, and many of those on staff have been with him for 25+ years. The people/team make up the perfect environment of hard-working, creative and driven individuals open for a challenge. Everyone is very collaborative and I always feel like part of a team that is going places and doing innovative new things.
Cons
Since the company is small, each role is very important. If you are not performing at your job, it is noticed as it affects the entire team/business. This is not to say this is a con, but don't expect to slack off here.
