Unfair Pay - Process Server Canadian Process Serving Employee Review

The company does not pay a fair amount to the process servers because they are “independent contractors”. You are not paid for drafting the documents, they pay a low flat fee because of “overhead costs” but charge clients extra for printing and mileage that is not given to the process server. You cannot do this as a second job the hours/requests are all over the place.
