Pros
Fridays off in the summer. Options can make you money if you get in at the right time. 1.5x Savings Plan is very competitive. Hours are reasonable. No lay offs.
Cons
Bully culture. Insanely micromanaged. High stress and burnout among colleagues. High turnover. Good people leave due to no opportunities. Bad people stay due to no lay offs. No opportunities to shift roles around the company. Very little opportunity to be promoted. No clarity on bonuses or raises, or where you rank amongst peers. No flexibility or hybrid work. Nothing done to promote diversity and inclusion.
