Pay is ok. Some medical benefits.

Cons

No accountability by sales and delivery team. Sales don't policies of company and make so many mistakes on the order. Salesperson only care about make their commission. The delivey team just are parasites who feed of CAS. The delivery make alot of issues with customers. My suggestion is if you desperate for a work and can find anything, apply. Apart from that I would not apply at CAS. CAS is more quantity of orders process than quality of service given to the customers.

Responsibility without full control: you are accountable for outcomes that depend on others (drivers, brokers, warehouse teams), which can be frustrating when they don’t follow processes or communicate properly.
