Worked at three different dealerships for this company.
Their M.O. is to take over independent dealerships or smaller auto groups, exploit the staff with overwhelming processes and policies, micromanage people, set exhausting working hours, and drain the most they can out of every employee until they are so burnt out they either leave or make up a reason to fire you and “negotiate” your severance pay.
Upper management is completely out of touch, HR just works to cover up the questionable practices of managers, and if you dare speak out they will try to discredit you and even deny an exit interview.
Customers are abused with questionable sales tactics, forced to pay for accesories and protection packages they don’t need, and deals are built with offensive legs in them.
Their charity and mental health campaigns are just photo ops to save face.
