Pros
Relaxed work environment with interesting variety of materials to test. Great experience for new graduates.
Cons
Management have too much responsibility so they are largely ineffective at supporting their workers. One very toxic worker is neve disciplined despite numerous complaints and unfortunately it is impossible to avoid them. But 1 in 50 is still pretty decent.
