Pros

I’ve had a great experience here! - nice boss who’s always willing to train - overall most coworkers are pretty nice, of course some personalities will clash but the work environment isn’t toxic - good work culture, I definitely feel stressed sometimes but work expectations reasonable for the most part - good health benefits from my experience - full time wfh, able to travel if you want - learned a lot about energy and biopharma industries

Cons

- I feel like my virtual onboarding experience was a little confusing - depends on your position but work can feel mundane - too many meetings

Pros

CHI is a great company to work for. They offer job security, flexibility, you are rewarded for your hard work and dedication, they listen to your ideas and implement them. You really get the sense that you are family when you work here and not just another number in the "system". CHI is a successful and vibrant champion in its industry and always thriving to do better. I love working for a company where I feel my work is doing a lot for people everyday.

Cons

Lack of communication. It's hard when you're a manager and your employees are relaying important information, including changes or additions within your own department, to you and not your direct manager (Senior Manager). No tuition reimbursement if currently offered. It would be nice if they'd bring back this really great benefit.
