There are some good people at Cambrex. People are willing to help. It's a good place to start a career.
Cons
Work load varies greatly between groups. Upper management does not listen; they just expect things to magically get done even when they have not provided the necessary resources. They continue to cut non-revenue generating employees, so it just pushes these tasks on revenue generating employees who are expected to get the same amount of work done. Good work is punished with more work and higher expectations.
