      Company management overall seems to make values based decisions- balancing the financial strength of the company while continuing to invest for growth and provide new benefits to employees. And everyone is eligible for a bonus based on performance which is great!

      Site capabilities and scientific personnel in the US are world-class.

      Cons

      Sales management is more concerned with 'covering their 6' than effectively managing a talented sales team to success. Upper management is focused on selling the business. Poor front-line moral of scientists and key personnel.
