It would be a much better place to work if they got rid of the free trail classes. You will always receive calls from idiots trying to flirt to men actually showing you things you have no interest in seeing. It's unbelievable that Cambly actually allow this free trial because it's rarely used by genuine students. You can spend a lot of time talking to people who are just wasting your time. Then these people can rate you so they can give you a terrible rating if you don't entertain their flirting. It's a ridiculous system. You have to keep your camera on so it's very uncomfortable when a group of guys call and try to flirt. Cambly should allow cameras off for free trail classes so it might stop the idiots from calling. Pay is terrible.
