Engineering Management is a nightmare. Gid forbid if you don't get well with your manager...the only way is out...Since the organisation is small.there is no place to move. HR is simply a rubber stamp. After some years of hard work...they throw you out..don't value your loyalty. You can choose to work here...but in the end..there is only disappointment.
