Pros
Great culture. Really diverse client base from privately held businesses to private equity backed portfolio companies to family offices. Growing firm so lots of upward potential. Really like the LEAD program as it shows that the firm is willing to invest in their people. GREAT benefits. Firm just went to six months paid maternity leave! Salaries are above market.
Cons
Work and hours are demanding during busy season. Wish bonuses were a little higher, but with salaries being above market it works out in the end.
