Pros
Talented people within the company, especially the engineering staff. Very nice facility.
Cons
Company requires a minimum 50 hour work week (in writing). The employee churn is absurd. Very cyclical business. The owner is highly arrogant and not trustworthy about anything. His office area is card key access only as if it were a safe room.
