In regards to sickness allowance, it is a standard contractual term that time taken during an employee’s probation period is unpaid.
In terms of an Incentive Payout, we acknowledge and apologise that there was a delay whilst calculations were finalised following both the end of the quarter and end of the year. However, we did remain in contact during this time and confirmed when this payment would be made.
