Pros
The office/sales floor, while lacking, is moderately comfortable, nothing to write home to mom about. Being a block away from the 12th St BART station isn't bad either. Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby.
Management sometimes serves decent wine while you work. Helpful if you happen to be selling that particular brand. Some Fridays, they order pizza, nice.
Outside of management, there are interesting people to work with in general, pretty diverse sales team.
Cons
The hours are not great, weekday shifts end at 8PM, and weekend work is required. Prepare to work a mandatory 6 day week with average pay. Really impacts life at home, especially if you have a child.
No room whatsoever for growth. The job and salary you take is the job and salary you'll have until you decide to work elsewhere. They build it up to be more than it is during the interview, as if it were some kind of career.
Management is inconsistent with their floor policies and when they apply (break times and lunch breaks come to mind). Promoted sales practices are also questionable.
