Pros

This is an aggressive growth company that is shaking up the industry by focusing on customers and employees first. While we don't get everything right the first or even second time, the leadership and the employees remain focused on listening to the feedback and working through how to continually evolve and try to improve our systems, products and processes. That work is never done and everyone is focused on it. The Leadership are very strong, but if you choose to speak up you will be given an opportunity to be heard - and that creates an opportunity to make a difference. Every Sunday, I look FORWARD to Monday! Great culture and great opportunity to work with amazing people and to grow personally.

Cons

Like any company in rapid growth mode - we have growing pains. Our systems and processes are constantly trying to catch up to where we are, let alone to where we need to be - and that bar is always moving. There can be some frustrations with some of the decisions that get made and as a result one could get easily frustrated. That said, focusing on alerting leadership to the need to evolve (again) always exists and the willingness to hear and adapt helps to overcome these growing pains.
