      - It's stuck in the Santa Barbara area, a little too far from LA or Bay Area

      Great team to work with. Exciting technology. pioneering new applications. The CEO is a well respected visionary with a great track record. Great company location

      Very little management structure and direction from leadership. leadership team does not always communicate their vision or give direction to the rest of the team
