More innovation and new products have been created in the last two years than ever before. Many businesses did not survive COVID. Calico did, and it has refocused itself for the future.

The company has had under-performers and sometimes takes too long to replace them.

I feel very fortunate to have found employment in what I hope will be a long career with Calico Cottage. I appreciated that the recruitment process made sense and went quickly. From the moment I walked into the building, I was impressed with the company. The people here were welcoming and seemed genuine, the office is incredibly clean and beautiful, and everyone seemed happy to be here. Having worked here for a bit, I can see that my initial assessment was spot on. The culture here is fantastic; they do a lot for their employees including monthly birthday events, holiday events, benefits perks, etc. And the people who work here are friendly and genuinely care about each other. The current onboarding process thoroughly prepares new employees to know all aspects of the business so that they can understand how each team/department works which is important especially in a company that is so focused on providing the best customer service possible. Having a knowledge base of how each team functions and understanding the entire process of the business, I feel I can be more effective in my role. I'm very happy with the training and onboarding at Calico and I am truly enjoying working here.

I have no cons. I had initially hoped the company offered hybrid work, but being in this beautiful office with great people makes it more than worth it to work full-time in the office.
