      Lots of time off. $25 to start, 50¢ raise every 3 months for the first two years. 3 weeks of vacation to start. Very lax, repetitive job. Lots over overtime. Triple pay holidays. Great 401k (6% match), great benefits.

      Cons

      Sometimes to much overtime. Not really any cons thought.
