The experience gained through this internship is unlike anything that a college course or previous job has taught me. Having the opportunity to run my own business and learn valuable skills in all aspects of the business realm is well worth the hard work to be successful. My decision to join and run a business has been one of the best choices I’ve ever made. If you want to challenge yourself and have fun at the same time, then I recommend this internship to any college student.
It has allowed me the opportunity to move to Colorado becoming the General Manager. As I grow with the company, it’s exciting to help college students gain many skills and further their business development growth through this internship. I have been working with the managing partners and most of the full-time employees for the greater part of 4 years now. There isn't a better group of individuals to work with that have excellent business minds to keep challenging each other and continuing to improve the company every day. In my opinion, the company culture is what sets CRVG apart from other companies.
