Pros

This internship was a large time commitment but was well worth it. I worked in retail and landscaping before this and simply worked for a paycheck. CalRob challenged me to think outside the box. I made more money during the summer than I had the previous 12 months but more importantly my resume is much better after this experience.

Cons

Going home on weekends during my spring semester became difficult while juggling my school work. In the end my time management skills vastly improved which allowed me to meet company goals.

Pros

The experience gained through this internship is unlike anything that a college course or previous job has taught me. Having the opportunity to run my own business and learn valuable skills in all aspects of the business realm is well worth the hard work to be successful. My decision to join and run a business has been one of the best choices I’ve ever made. If you want to challenge yourself and have fun at the same time, then I recommend this internship to any college student. It has allowed me the opportunity to move to Colorado becoming the General Manager. As I grow with the company, it’s exciting to help college students gain many skills and further their business development growth through this internship. I have been working with the managing partners and most of the full-time employees for the greater part of 4 years now. There isn't a better group of individuals to work with that have excellent business minds to keep challenging each other and continuing to improve the company every day. In my opinion, the company culture is what sets CRVG apart from other companies.

Cons

If you aren't willing to be a hard worker, then this company might not be for you. What successful person has gotten to where they are without hard work? Not many, if any.
