Disappointment - Human Rescources CalPortland Employee Review

Toxic employee that work there, it seemed the longer you were employed the worse you can treat new people. Zero communication, no team work at all. Chained to the cubical. All of the upper management and VP's were all relatives which made holding people accountable impossible. They hire people with little or no experience for a good reason, the environment was suited for those trying to gain work experience and had no idea colleagues were not dictators, they are suppose to be team members. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
