Pros

Immediate Supervisor was Very Nice HR department is solid Really good at giving you requested days off Amazing benefits

Cons

There is a group of 'special' customers that get way more attention and leeway compared to everyone else Rather than talk to you about an issue as it is popping up, they rather just hit you with a write up without giving a warning that it is becoming a problem There are customers who can arbitrarily decide to get you fired, no matter how good your customer service satisfaction rating... Or if it's your first offense

Pros

CalCERTS gives employees freedom to express and implement the features that could advance business and also gives the liberty of using required tools to build solid registry. I have learnt much more than what was on my resume at this company. Great benefits for full time employees. The company cares for the employees and does all they could to keep them if the employee delivers good work obviously. I would love to go back again in few years if I get a chance.

Cons

It is a small company so there are times when the issue needs to be resolved asap for waiting customer by keeping your current work aside which could be considered a plus for customers.
