Pros
The pay and benefits stand out of course but CalAmp also partners you with a person in your group to walk you through the first few months and give you a head start. The solutions provided are top notch and make selling easier.
Cons
CalAmp has been moving towards a SaaS model so they can sell more than just the best hardware available and this has lead to some growing pains. A good bit of this has happened and thigs are starting to smooth out from the transition.
