Pros
-Other reviewers are right, the Company is focused on profitability and revenue but this is not a surprise since all public companies are required to deliver these results to their shareholders. - We recently were named Top 10 of Fortune Magazine's fasted growing companies in the Country. So we are clearly good at what we do. Stock price growth shows that. - The company is filled with lots of talented and dedicated people who drive results and like to be a part of building a strong company. There are growing pains but with the challenges you have opportunity to create solutions and implement change. - I see positive changes and I enjoy putting my stamp on things.
Cons
-Not everyone deals well with being held accountable to your commitments. -Change is not easy but it would be worse to sit still and see the market and your competitors pass you by. -High growth and building are not for everyone. -Adding more vacation days would be nice or moving to PTO program versus vacation/sick.
