In my area of employment I have the pleasure of working with knowledgeable, friendly people, innovating new ideas into real cutting edge solutions. I get paid to tinker and create awesome IoT products!
Cons
As this is a publically held company, NASDAQ, there is always an element of employment insecurity. It's the nature of the beast. However there has been a recent change in corporate leadership and in my opinion as in many others that insecurity has lessened greatly.
