If you are trying even half way you should be fine in your job. Executives micromanage so much they can't keep track of what is actual happening with the big picture. If you are looking here, don't be fooled by all the high reviews from the past few months. There was an office furniture giveaway for anyone who wrote a review and told HR that they wrote a review. Ingenious way to raise the ratings. Pretty sneaky way to do it if you ask me.
Cons
Somehow the executive team seems to both micromanage and also not really tell the underlings what is happening. If you interview here ask everyone how frequently they hear from the CEO. If they say anything besides never" they are lying to you. Everyone asks and everyone get;s the same answer: "he is too busy to tell the employees what is happening". that trickles down throughout the ranks.
