      Great staff, great environment and amazing students overall.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, its a place for favors. You will not move unless you know someone. There are plenty of people who are not qualified to their job, but because they are friends with someone, they were quickly move up the chain.

      colleagues are generally friendly and helpful; great to be able to support students; benefits are good

      Cons

      we're generally paid less than other CSUs; the working environment depends entirely on where you work on campus; still fighting to get automatic salary steps/raises
