      Absolutely no benefit working here!

      With my experiance I can say it worst ever place I have been employeed. First of all, that company do not have any respect to laws and human rights. They treat employees horribly! Mobbing, discrimination and many more is really normal in this company. They do not pay employees salaries/compansations, we know that some of our colleagues sued them due to that and horrible treatment! If you respect yourself little bit choose another place to be employeed.

      Pros

      Relative freedom to pursue R&D with a supportive team that has good experience in clamp systems. Friendly staff. Good pay for an internship, I recall I received around 800 euros per month as a 4th year intern. The other great thing is the possibility to do a two-year apprenticeship there with the engineering school INSA CVL in Blois, so you can gain practical experience, study and complement your earnings or be independent.

      Cons

      Need to have transport means to reach the Caillau site, usually people that work there have to settle to living in the small town of Romorantin or live nearby and come by car/motorcycle. Also I felt a bit bad for the machine workers that operate on the site
