Free food in pick season, good insurance, decent PTO package.
Cons
Horrible work life balance, payment was subject to production numbers, not room for advancement, broken equipment, favoritism, forced to work 7 days 12 hours until future notice be wise they were unable to forecast appropriately their production and constantly been understaffed. At some point they tried to force people to work 14 hours.
