Cafepress used to be an awesome company. I worked there before the current ills of the company. I will admit to being one of the people who left because of Bob Marino, who in one All-Hands meeting stated point blank that you were either with us or against us. Prior to Mr. Marino's takeover, Cafepress was cool because: - you could learn a ton - there were fantastic peers in engineering who cared - fun work environment with interesting people - great ability to move around and build your resume
