All workplaces should be as caring about and supportive of their employees and clients as CadenceRx. The environment is flexible, friendly, collaborative, and the whole team (including the business side) is extremely smart, innovative, and technology-oriented. There's a lot to learn from everyone, and there's a lot of willingness to hear different perspectives and try new ideas. I'd work there again in a heartbeat.

The sales pipeline is slow.

Company is almost entirely remote workers. Everyone is highly competent in this field. Leadership is caring and committed to employees. Company has big ambitions for growth and is mostly executing.

It's a small company so benefits are small company-sized but still generous for a small company. Sometimes the lack of in-person contact can be isolating. Too many people wearing too many hats. Some people may be overburdened with responsibilities.
