Pros
Cadence is good in the sense as it gives little higher salary than Service base Industries, Good for self learning. Food is good.
Cons
Lot of politics, Few Managers are biased and will say stupids as they only believe whom they are working for years say 10 or 20 years :-) , The Sr Architects are all Stupids they even don't know about the technology they only know how to speak and fool Manager, they will not allow Juniors to grow ever. Mangers are born and brought up here mostly so they think all the work what they did are n cadence only while there is no technology 80% 0f the time.
