I work with amazing team and colleagues. The innovation is respected if you want to grow. Benefits are good, various hobby clubs, and the company provides ample amount of opportunity to volunteer. If you love EDA and you want to grow, this is the company for you.
Cons
Management is really good. They take care of their employees. If you love your job and you want to try something new, you are at right place. But sometimes, when you become comfortable with the daily things and do not try to innovate, you will not able to perform at your highest.
