Caddys was a fun atmosphere geared towards the servers to do well so it was pretty good with that. Managers handled slow season well and we're pretty competent. Not much bad to say about the place I really liked working there until we were laid off due to the hurricane.
The frontline staff are incredibly dialed in to the job that they are doing. Their comradery is exemplary!
Cons
No leadership by example from the executive branch of the company. It is a "do as I say not as I do" and blame all of the subordinates for bad decisions and lack of execution. They preach culture but don't know how to foster the culture they preach. The marketing team does not know how to read a calendar and maintain up to date campaigns!
