      Pros

      Company really cares about the employees and their needs and motivates people to grow inside the company. Really great working environment with very professional people.

      Cons

      Customer service at Cabocom is not an easy task. Clients are extremely demanding and not at all understanding so a lot of diplomacy needs to be used.
