Pros

The people here are very nice and work hard. For me the salary is good but this seems to vary a lot depending on what you negotiate during the interview process. The project (electronic invoicing) is not super interesting but it is complex so there is plenty to learn and grow. There is the opportunity to go to external trainings and get qualifications in certain things, although then you need to stay in the company for another year. Health insurance is provided and seems OK but I never used it. If you are a laptop user (only some teams) you will be able to work from home occasionally.

Cons

HR rules are the most outdated I've seen, the preference is to treat you like a child. It's not so bad because you won't interact with them very much. The facilities are pretty bad with old equipment, there seems to constantly be some door broken, the chairs are not particularly comfortable so some people even buy their own, the kitchen areas are tiny and not really sufficient for the number of people. They also only give 20 days paid leave which is not enough and generally less than most companies here.
