Pros
The only reason I have stayed at my job as long as I have is because of my overworked, stressed out manager who is the best manager I have ever had. I really have nothing positive to say about the company itself.
Cons
Expected to get more done then humanly possible. Same amount of work is expected from 2 employees that used to get done by 3 or more employees. This meaning only one person on the floor to complete sale signs, price changes, planograms, push and other random tasks corporate expects to be done and one on register. There is not enough time, yet if the store manager goes over hours they get in trouble, if the tasks are not done all employees are in hot water. There is just no time to get everything done that corporate and the District Manager expects to get done.
